Changes v3.1.1:
Fixed for Clicks in mono & gate mode if sample fadeout is set to off.
Fixed a crash when replacing samples while preview is playing.
Fixed incorrect loading of the sample phase setting when loading presets.
WAV and AIFF files with missing or wrong file extensions can now be loaded.
