The Drop is an analog modeled resonant filter plug-in. It uses the same high quality algorithms used in circuit simulation packages but optimised for real time use.
Version 0.9.18 is the last known one with two extra filter models: "Sallen Key MS2" and "Cascade". They will be reintroduced at the some point, but why not enjoy them now?
There is a huge level of detail in the models, which gives them amazing drive and tone. As well as the detailed circuit models more efficient algorithms are included for situations where CPU considerations are more important than tone, but even these models are of the highest quality.
