Hello Samples has announced the release of Organic Drums & Foley Percussion, a free sample pack of raw and organic percussion sounds in high-quality WAV formats.

The pack features various percussions captured in a small studio placed in a forest. Hello Samples explains: “There was a time when I could spend most of my life in a little recording studio lost in the woods. The studio was not pro built, but I had some nice microphones there (a couple of Brauners, a stereo modded Oktavas MK012 and a nice Sony PCM D100 handy recorder) + a couple of nice 500 series Neve preamps and a UA Apollo interface.

The space was creative heaven. Organic Drums & Foley Percussion is a collection of sounds made from instruments and objects found in and near that studio.”

Organic Drums & Foley Percussion contains 352 different sounds, from a classic old custom drum kit to more experimental/foley kits made from recordings captured in the forests near the studio. Inside you’ll find types of organic and exotic kits such as bay leaf sounds, broken tree branches, footstep textures and many more. Some bonus files are also added, for example, vocal beatbox percussions, water drum, paper writing noises, etc.

All samples are delivered in WAV format – compatible with any sampler or DAW. You can also opt for Maschine, Akai MPC, and Ableton Live presets. The downloads are instant, registration of any kind isn’t required.
