Installation is covered in the video, but the sounds are separated into 3 banks, so you have a chance to move some of your patches over the ones you don't intend to use.

make sure you have the global setting for accept sysex on

?Prophet 5 banks 1 & 2 will replace your Take 5's bank 3
?Prophet 5 banks 3 & 4 will replace your Take 5's bank 4
?Prophet 5 banks 5 will replace your Take 5's bank 5, followed by 8 INIT patches.
