Impressive Review: Contrary to the humorous and immature edit (which is not to be taken seriously), I have to say this pack is simply amazing. The textures are well produced and the presets these guys make are unlike anything I've heard in a Spire bank. They do put a lot of heart into their packs. As a guy who makes similar music, this kind of music is not easy to make. It takes more work than a lot of other genres to contain atmospheres, textures, sfx, and the editing, etc. And then to make your own sounds on top of it? These guys are pretty talented, in my opinion. There isn't a whole lot of presets in their packs, especially this one with only 16 presets. But their quality is great, and quality trumps quantity any day of the week. Laniakea Sounds will leave you asking for more with every sample pack they put out. If you are a fan of labels like Anjunabeats and artists like Paul van Dyk, Above and Beyond, Tycho, Jaytech, Ulrich Schnauss, Sunny Lax, etc, you won't be disappointed. Either way, if you want to produce chillout music or melodic trance music or any kind of modern but not-so-edgy electronic music, I highly suggest buying this pack as well as their other ones too. This post is to let you see the great quality of their packs. To say the least, these guys are definitely my new favorite sample label.
