CLASSIC SYNTHS AND MODERN PATTERNS
The classic synths in CIRCUIT HALO include the Roland Juno 60, Casio VL-Tone, Prophet 5, Yamaha DX7, Sequential Circuits Pro One and Six-Trak, and a Korg MS-20 – all meticulously multi-sampled with a warm low end and their own idiosyncrasies such as pitch drift. The combination of vintage sound with the latest in glitch modulation effects and production techniques makes this MASCHINE Expansion something truly unique.
SPECIAL KITS AND NEW PRESETS
Explore CIRCUIT HALO’s four Special Kits and find a trove of glitched-out, grainy sounds, noises and sweeps, sound effects, and percussion and stabs. All-new REAKTOR PRISM presets provide organic leads, pads, mallets, and flutes while MASSIVE presets deliver textured, morphing leads, basses, and stabs.
CUSTOM DRUM DESIGN
The drums in CIRCUIT HALO received some very special care and attention. The sounds come from a healthy mix of vintage and modern drum machines – many customized for a unique sound.
The creator of CIRCUIT HALO, Danish sound design expert Jo?l Krozer of 6 Bit Deep, took these sounds and applied boutique outboard gear such as a classic 80s British talkback compressor and 1/2" analog tape for tone shaping, warmth, and character. Plus lush reverb for added space and depth.
