The concept behind this latest sample pack – ‘Toolroom Academy Vol. 1’ – is to provide a complete toolkit for Toolroom Academy alumni and other producers alike, who wish to create the ‘Toolroom Sound’ in their productions.? Focusing on the essential sounds of contemporary Tech House, Toolroom Academy Vol. 1 offers 431mb of expertly crafted loops, one shots, FX and sequences curated by a selection of the top tier Toolroom collaborators.

?The pack will form the basis of an innovative new online production course in partnership with Splice Sounds. The Toolroom Academy Production Certificate is an interactive and immersive 3-month programme, taking students through the fundamentals of Tech House production. Toolroom artist Ben Remember will be teaching the programme, building a track using the samples contained in the pack, alongside many other in depth production classes, tutorials and case studies.
