There are at least few Vst Instruments (with wavetable oscillators) that let you import custom Single Cycle Waveform files. The most popular i know are: Z3ta+, Vember Audio Surge, Jeremy Evers Atlantis, Future Audio Workshop Circle, Audjoo Helix etc.

While Wavetable Pack was developed for Surge, you can try to use some other wavetable synths too. For example, I tested Wavetable Pack with powerful, free Jeremy Evers Atlantis synth and it works great. It's an excellent addition for every wavetable synth (that has import custom waveform option)
