The York Audio HWAT 412 FN50 Lite Cab Pack is based on a vintage Hiwatt? SE4122 4x12 cabinet loaded with the original Fane? “Purple Label” 50 watt speakers from 1977. The tone is warm and unique with incredible vintage character unlike anything else we offer. Voiced on the darker side, this rear-ported cab brings a thick low end you can feel while the midrange retains rich vocal-like qualities and 70’s grit. The top end is very smooth, and speaks without harshness in the presence frequencies with a nice airiness that compliments the low end wonderfully.

This is the first cab in our “Lite Series” designed to give players high quality products at a more cost-effective price point by limiting the amount of microphones contained in each pack. Rest assured, we didn’t skimp on the good stuff. This pack features 7 of our most popular microphones with all of the capture options found in our most current offerings. With 78 single mic captures and 16 multi-mic Mixes, this pack gives you a total of 94 IRs of this iconic cabinet.

All Cab Packs come in .WAV format in 24-bit 96k, 48k, and 44.1k files.
All IRs are 500ms for maximum resolution. Hardware units that require shorter files will automatically truncate 500ms files to the unit's preferred length upon import.
Raw and MPT versions are provided.
Fractal Audio?, Line 6? Helix, Atomic? Amplifire, and most IR loading amp modelers utilize 48k files.
Kemper? units ulitize 44.1k files.
Strymon? Iridium and BOSS? units utilizes 96k files.
